摘要
目的探讨经椎弓根截骨内固定矫正脊柱后凸畸形的围术期护理。方法通过20例脊柱后凸畸形患者手术前后的心理护理,提高患者战胜疾病的信心,积极配合治疗护理,密切观察病情变化,采取各种护理措施避免或减少并发症的发生,指导患者早期正确的功能锻炼。结果20例患者均顺利完成手术治疗,术后功能得到了最大程度的恢复,缩短了卧床时间,提高了自理能力。结论对经椎弓根截骨内固定矫形治疗脊柱后凸畸形围术期的系统护理,可以提高手术成功率和治疗效果,减少并发症的发生,促进患者的康复。
