摘要
以三苯基膦为催化剂、对羟基苯甲醚为阻聚剂,利用丁二醇二缩水甘油醚和丙烯酸为主要原料合成了一种低黏度的丁二醇二缩水甘油醚二丙烯酸酯。研究了反应温度,阻聚剂、催化剂用量这些因素对其反应的影响,结果表明较好的合成反应条件是温度90~110℃、三苯基膦质量分数为0.80%、对羟基苯甲醚质量分数为0.20%~0.40%。同时,把丁二醇二缩水甘油醚二丙烯酸酯作为光敏预聚物配成光固化涂料,并对其光固化膜进行了性能测试,其结果表明它的光固化膜较双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯作为光敏预聚物配成涂料的光固化膜柔韧性好。
A photosensitive prepolymer of butandiol diglycidylether diacrylate was prepared by butandiol diglycidylether and acrylic acid as two main materials, with triphenyl phosphine as the catalyst and p - hydroxyanisole as the inhibitor. The effect of temperatures, dosages of the catalyst and the inhibitor on the reaction was studied. It was seen that the preferable synthesizing conditions are the temperature of 90 - 110℃, the catalyst mass fraction of 0.80% and the inhibitor mass fraction of 0.20% - 0.40%. Meanwhile, the UV - curing coating was prepared with butandiol diglycidylether diacrylate as prepolymer, and the properties of its cured film were determined. The results showed that the flexible property of the cured film was superior to that of the other cured film with epoxy acrylate as prepolymer.
