摘要
使用含有脂肪长链柔性链段的月桂二酸(DDDA)及1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚(BDDGE),对环氧树脂(E-51)进行降黏增韧改性,再与甲基丙烯酸酐(MA2O)酯化,制备了低黏度柔性UV固化环氧丙烯酸酯。研究了不同反应条件及BDDGE用量对改性环氧丙烯酸酯及涂膜性能的影响,得出了适宜的反应条件。通过红外光谱和热重分析对产物及涂膜进行了测试,结果表明:改性环氧丙烯酸树脂的柔韧性明显增加,涂膜铅笔硬度为3H,附着力为1级,柔韧性1 mm,耐冲击性50 cm,涂膜耐水性较优,但耐热性稍有下降。
Low-Viscosity UV curable epoxy acrylate resin with excellent flexibility was synthesized by the esterification reaction of the epoxy resin that was modified by the viscosity reducing and toughening of the dodecanedioic acid (DDDA),1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether (BDDGE)containing long aliphatic flexible chain segments and the methacrylic,anhydride (MA2O).The influence of the different reaction conditions and the dosage of BDDGE on the synthesis of the modified epoxy acrylate was studied,and the optimum reaction conditions were given.The structure of the products and heat resistance of the films were characterized by Fou- rier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.The results showed that the modified epoxy acrylate resin toughness was significantly increased,the film pencil hardness was 3H,adhesion level was 1 ,the flexibility was 1 mm,the resistance impact strength reached 50 cm,moreover,it had good water resistance whereas indicated a slight decrease in heat resistance.
