摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对铝合金铸件凝固过程中的温度场进行了数值模拟,得到了合金铸件各点温度随时间变化的规律。并进行了温度场的实际测量,与模拟结果符合较好。结果表明:通过建立合理的模型和设置合理的边界条件,ANSYS可精确完成温度场的数值模拟。
Temperature field distribution in the solidification process of Al alloy cast has been simulated by ANSYS software with the obtained relationship between temperature of cast and time. The temperature field has also been tested.The ANSYS simulation result coincided well with the experimental result. The result showed that through establishing reasonable model and setting reasonable boundary conditions ,ANSYS software can accomplish the numerical simulation of the temperature field accurately.
