基于数值模拟的横梁铝合金铸件铸造工艺方案的优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 在分析了复杂薄壁横梁铸件的结构和技术要求以及工艺难点的基础上,初步设计了相应的顶注式和底注式两种浇注方式。通过ADSTEFAN模拟软件分析了流场、温度场和孤立液相区及缩孔缩松大小和分布情况。根据模拟结果,对浇道、冒口以及冷铁的位置与尺寸进行了优化设计。结果显示,底注缝隙式浇注方案效果最佳,充型平稳,能有效避免冲砂和金属液飞溅;优化后基本可确保消除重要工作面的缩孔缩松缺陷,为保证铸件的浇注质量提供了可靠的技术基础。 Based on the analysis of the structural and technical requirements of the complex thin-walled cross beam castings as well as the processing difficulties,the two-corresponding top-pouring and bottom-pouring methods have been designed preliminarily.The flow field,temperature field and isolated liquid region as well as the size&distribution of shrinkage cavity&porosity have been analyzed by ADSTEFAN simulation software.According to the simulation results,the position and size of the runner,risers and chills have been optimized.The results show that the bottom-pouring slot gating scheme has the best effect and stable filling,which can effectively avoid sand blasting and splashing of molten metal.After optimization,the shrinkage cavity and porosity defects of important working faces have been basically eliminated,which provides a reliable technical basis for ensuring the pouring quality of castings.
