摘要
采用成就动机量表(AMS)和心理卫生自评量表(SCL-90),对内蒙古地区231名小学教师(男77名,女154名)进行了测查,研究了小学教师成就动机与心理健康水平的相互关系.结果显示:小学教师的心理健康现状存在一定问题,在躯体化、强迫症状、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性及总分上均显著高于全国常模;在追求成功方面存在显著的性别差异,男教师的成就动机水平显著高于女教师;教师心理健康状况与成就动机存在显著相关,被试SCL-90分量表上的得分与追求成功倾向呈负相关趋势,与回避失败倾向呈正相关趋势;抑郁对追求成功倾向存在一定的预测效果,恐怖、躯体化和人际关系敏感对回避失败有预测效果,恐怖对成就动机总分有显著的预测效果.
The relationships between primary school teachers' mental health and achievement motivation are studied. 231 Inner Mongolian primary school teachers (77 male,154 female) have received a training on the new course completed SCL-90 and Academic Achievement Motive Scale. The results show that. (1) there are some problems in mental health status of primary school teachers; (2) the male-teacher's achievement motivation level is more significant than the female-teacher's; (3) there is significant relationship between mental health and achievement motivation; (4) the score of SCL-90 is negatively correlated with the motivation for success, however,it is significantly positively related to the motivation for avoidance failure; (5) in the regression analysis,dumps are good predictors for motivation of hankering success, while somatization,fear rankiness and communion allergy are good predictors for motivation of avoidance failure,and fear rankiness is good predictor for achievement motivation. There is a significant correlation between achievement motivation and mental health in elementary school teachers of Inner Mongolia.
