科学理解 合理诊治注意缺陷多动障碍 被引量：2

摘要 注意缺陷多动障碍（attention deficit hyperactivity disorder，ADHD）亦被称为儿童多动症、多动障碍或多动综合征。尽管人们对ADHD的认识已逾百年，但ADHD是病还是毛病？是心理的问题还是生理的问题？是儿童特有的问题还是儿童青少年和成人共同的问题？诊断需不需要实验室检查？治疗重点是用药还是靠管教？多年来一直是人们争论的焦点。目前国内诊断治疗ADHD观点不一，甚至混乱。因此，走出误区，及时了解ADHD的最新研究进展和理念是十分重要的。
