摘要
[目的]分析和评估该市乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源状况,为政府决策部门合理配置人力资源及制定卫生人力发展规划提供科学的佐证。[方法]从工作人员的数量、年龄、受教育情况、职称等方面对该市乡镇卫生院卫生人力状况进行描述性分析。[结果]该市乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源的特点是拥有量小、质量低、分布平衡。截至2006年底,该市乡镇共拥有工作人员257人,其中工作人员本科及以上学历者仅占1.17%,高级职称者仅占0.39%。[结论]要改善这种状况,政府部门要加大对乡镇卫生院的投入力度,有针对性地做好公共卫生人才培养工作。
[Objective] To analyze and evaluate the status of human resources of rural health centers, so as to provide scientific basis for reasonable allocating human resources and formulating development plan for health human resources. [Methods] The human resources of rural health centers were analyzed by descriptive analysis in line with the quantity, age, education level and professional title of these medical members. [ Results] The characteristics of human resources of rural health centers showed to be few medical members, low quality and balance distribution. Since the end of 2006, there were 257 medical members in this county, and 1.17% of them had tmdergraduate qualification or higher education level, and 0.39% of them had senior professional tide. [Conclusion] Great efforts should be taken to increase investment to the rural health centers to improve the current status, and focus on the cultivation work of public health human resources.
