摘要
目的:研究小针刀治疗枕神经卡压性头痛的临床疗效。方法:采用完全随机抽样法将研究病例分针刀组62例,对照组(单纯口服卡马西平)37例,对两组临床疗效及疼痛缓解时间进行评定。结果:针刀组治愈50例,好转9例,无效3例,总有效率95.16%。对照组治愈5例,好转20例,无效12例,总有效率67.56%,两组治愈率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),针刀组临床总疗效优于药物组(P<0.05),疼痛缓解时间针刀组优于对照组。结论:小针刀治疗枕神经卡压性头痛疗效显著,疼痛缓解时间短,临床治愈率优于药物治疗,其治疗方法较简单且并发症少,治疗费用低,有推广价值。
Objective： To study the effect of treating headache induced by compression of occipital nerves with small needle knife. Method：All the cases were divided into small needle knife （62 cases） group, and control group （ treated with carbamazepine ） 37 cases, and then evaluated the clinical effect and the time of pain reliefing. Result： In small needle knife group, 50 cases were cured, 9 cases were better, 3 cases were none effective, the total effective rate was 95.16%. In control group, 5 cases cured, 20 cases were better, 12 cases without effect, the total effective rate was 67.56%. There＇s significant difference between two groups, （P〈0.01）. The total effect and time of pain reliefing were superior to those in control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It can shortem the time of pain reliefing and with better effect, less complication, lower cost to treat headache induced by compression of occipital nerves, and the cure rate was high.
