摘要
项部肌肉骨骼系统解剖结构复杂,病变也是复杂多样,对其相关疾病的诊断一直首选传统的影像学检查,包括X线、CT和磁共振成像,但其诊断结果具有一定的局限性。随着彩超诊疗技术的日益成熟,高频超声逐渐被应用于对肌肉骨骼系统疾病的诊断,它可以清晰地显示病变的位置、范围、周边软组织关系及血流供应情况,并为临床提供了充分的解剖及病理影像信息,因此受到临床相关专家的广泛关注。
Nuchal musculoskeletal has complex anatomical structures,and its lesion is complex and diverse.The first choice diagnosis of the disease has been traditional imaging tests,including X-ray,CT,MRI,but its diagnostic result has limitations.With the color Doppler ultrasound technology developing more sophisticated,high-frequency ultrasound is gradually being applied to the diagnosis of diseases of the musculoskeletal system.It can clearly show the location and the extent of the lesion,the lesion' s surrounding soft tissue and the blood supply of the lesion,providing adequate anatomical and clinical and pathological image information,which get widespread concern of the relevant clinical experts.
