摘要
目的探讨分析超声用于肌肉骨骼系统疾病中的临床效果。方法：选择30例肌肉骨骼系统疾病患者，均应用超声进行诊断。结果：30例患者经均成功取得病理标本，手术治疗者6例，未进行手术治疗者24例，手术组患者和未手术组患者穿刺失败者共4例，超声取材准确率为80．O％，治疗后，1例软组织疾病患者与治疗后出现复发，其余患者均未出现严重的并发症。结论：肌肉骨骼系统疾病中应用超声能够为临床治疗提供有效的参考依据，具有安全可靠、快捷实用的优势，值得进行推广应用。
Objective To study the an alysis el inieal effect of ultrasound used for diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Methods：30 cases of musculoskeletal system disease were selected, all of which were diagnosed by ultrasonography.Reanlts： 30 cases of patients with pathologic specimens, surgical treatment of 6 cases,24 eases treated without surgery,the surgical patients and those who did not puncture failure in patients with a total of 4 cases, ultrasound based accuracy is 80.0%,after treatment,1 case of patients with soft tissue disease relapse after treatment,the rest of the patients with no serious complications occurred.Conclusion：The application of ultrasound in the diseases of the museuloskeletal system can provide effective reference basis for clinical treatment,has the advantages of safe,reliable,fast and practical worth for popularization and application.
