摘要
目的:分析并评价盐酸丁各地尔加小针刀治疗紧张性头痛的临床及效果。方法:2006年5月至2010年5月应用盐酸丁各地尔加小针刀治疗紧张性头痛40例。结果:随访人数40例,随访时间2～24个月,平均18个月,有效率96%,治愈率79%,未出现并发症。结论:盐酸丁各地尔加小针刀治疗紧张性头痛临床疗效显著。
Objective：To analyse and evaluate the clinical tension-type headache treated with buflomedil hydrochloride and Small Needle knife Method：40 cases were administered with buflomedil hydrochloride and Small Needle-knife from May.2006 to May.2010 Result：They were followed up for 2～24 months,18 in average;the effective rate was 96%,cure rate 79%,without complications.Conclusion：buflomedil hydrochloride and Small Needle-knife has marked cure effect on tension-type headache [Key wods] buflomedil hydrochloride;small needle-knife;tension-type headache
