摘要
阐述了基于现场总线的油田注水节能优化监控系统。对注水泵站的工艺流程、技术指标、设备使用等进行了分析,提出了整个监控系统基于现场总线技术的总体方案,并从监控系统的通信要求、监控系统的网络构成、网络安装3个方面给出了详细的实现方案。现场总线的使用效果和优越性能为监控系统的设计和实现带来了极大的便利,提高了系统的质量和性能。
Energy-conservation optimization monitoring system of the oil-filed water flooding based on Fieldbus Technology is mainly described in this paper. After analyzing the situation such as the technological process, technical indicator, equipments etc. of Water-injection Pumping Station, an overall scheme based on Fieldbus technology of the whole monitoring system is proposed. And from the communicate request, network constitution, network installment of the monitoring system, it gives the detailed plan to realize. The effect and high performance of the fieldbus have brought the huge convenience for realizing the monitoring system~ the system quali- ty and performance is improved.
