摘要
针对压裂、酸化工艺具有复杂性、规模宏大、高成本、高危险性的问题,研制了压裂、酸化实验教学实训平台。该平台主要由压裂车组和地面设备两大部分组成,可进行压裂、酸化现场施工工艺、酸化压裂车、混砂车、压裂故障的演示和实训操作等。利用该实验教学平台,使现场实习室内化,使学生亲身体会压裂、酸化的施工现场,又可以动手操作,培养动手能力,同时免除现场参观的不确定性。
To solve the problems of complexity, large-scale, high-risk of fracturing and a^idification process, an experi.mental teaching platform for the fracturing and acidification has been developed. The platform consists of fracturing truck groups and ground equipments. It can demonstrate the operations, fracturing truck and blender, and can be used for the students" training about fracturing and aeidizing. The experimental teaching platform makes the practice transition from the well site to the lab, makes students experience the fracturing and acidizing and improve students" practice ability, while eliminates the uncertainty of site practice.
