摘要
本文主要阐述了基于现场总线的油田注水节能优化监控系统。在分析了注水泵站的工艺流程、技术指标、设备使用等等情况之后,提出了整个监控系统基于现场总线技术的总体方案。并从监控系统的通信要求、监控系统的网络构成、网络的安装等三个方面给出了详细的实现方案。现场总线的使用效果、优越性能为监控系统的设计实现带来了巨大的便利,提高了系统的质量和性能。
The paper formulates the monitoring system of water injection in an oilfield based on field bus which is optimized and energy saving.After analyzing the technical process,technology index and application of the equipment in the water injection pump station,an overall plan of the whole monitoring system based on the field bus technology is recommended.A detailed implementation scheme is given out from communication requirements to the monitoring system,network formation and network installation,etc.The application effect and high performance of the field bus have brought huge convenience for design and realization of the monitoring system.
