增生性瘢痕组织内透明质酸含量与含水量 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探索不同时期瘢痕组织内透明质酸含量,含水量与它们之间的关系。方法:收取2年以内及2年以上的烧伤后增生性瘢痕的真皮组织,取正常皮肤真皮作为对照,测量其含水量,用Elisa法检测透明质酸含量,求出它们之间的相关系数以了解它们之间的关系。结果:正常皮肤含水量69.59%,2年以内的烧伤后增生性瘢痕为69.88%,2年以上为71.40%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);透明质酸在正常皮肤中不能测出,在2年内瘢痕中的含量为1.70±0.54μg/ml,2年以上为3.36±0.08μg/ml,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);透明质酸含量与含水量之间无相关关系(γ=0.27,P>0.05)。结论:随着瘢痕形成时间的延长,透明质酸含量增加,可能与瘢痕成熟有关,含水量在正常皮肤、2年以内及2年以上瘢痕间相似,透明质酸量的变化没有相应地导致含水量的变化。 Objective: To investigate hyaluronic acid contents, water contents of hypertrophic scars in different periods and correlation of them. Method: Demis of normal skins and hypertrophic burn scars less and more than 2 years was harvested. Water contents were measured, and Elisa was performed to assay hyaluronic acid contents, and related coefficiency of them was estimated to identify the correlation between them. Result:There were no statistical differences in water contents along normal skin, hypertrophic scars less and more than 2 years (P〉0.05). Hyaluronic acid content of normal skin couldn't be measured out, those of hypertrophic scars less and more than 2 years were 1.70± 0.54μg/ml and 3.36±0.08μg/ml, respectively, and was statistically different (P〈0.01). There was no correlation between water and hyaluronic acid content (γ=0.27, P〉0.05). Conclusion: Hyaluronic acid content of hyper-trophic scar will increase with elongation of scar period and may be related to scar mature. Normal skin, hypertrophic scars less and more than 2 years contain similar water contents. The change of hyaluronie acid content couldn' t result in that of water content in hypertrophic sear.
