摘要 早期妊娠胎儿创口愈合的特点是无瘢痕形成,产生这一现象的机制还完全不清楚。现将近几年来有关胎儿创口无瘢痕愈合方面的研究进展,从细胞因子、细胞外基质及基因差异显示等方面进行综述,以期为进一步研究提供资料。阐明胎儿创口无瘢痕形成的机制,对预防和治疗瘢痕是很重要的。 The characteristic of fetal wound healing in early gestation is no scar fo rmation.The mechanism of this phenomenon is not completely clear yet.Now we review t he progress of research investigations about the scarless in fetal wound healing in recent years from cytokines,excellular matrix and ge ne differential display in order to p rovide the data to further study.Cla rification of the mechanism of fetal wound healing is very importan t for provention and treatment of scar.
