摘要
探讨了运用灰色关联分析方法来分析吊车常见的故障,依据故障树底事件的重要度来判断各种故障模式出现的可能性,从而为吊车各部件发生故障的原因提供了一种评价方法。将灰色系统理论中的灰色关联分析方法引入到机械故障诊断模式识别中,从中得出了吊车各组成部分可靠性大小的关系,为理论设计与实际检测提供了理论依据。该理论在实践中的应用可减少不必要的故障诊断,大大提高了效率。
Study usage gray connection analysis method come to analyze hoist familiar of break clown is researched, according to break down tree thing piece of importance to judgment various break down the mode appear of possibility, thus for each parts of hoist occurrence break clown of the reason provided a kind of evaluation method. Grey connection within system theories analysis the method lead to go into mechanical trouble diagnosis mode to identify medium, from in get the hoist is each constitute parts of credibility size of relation, for theories design with actual examination provided theories basis, the theories is in the fulfillment of application can decrease unnecessary of break down diagnosis, consumedly exaltation efficiency.
