人喉鳞状细胞癌组织中抑癌基因APC蛋白的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的:检测喉鳞状细胞癌组织中APC蛋白的表达情况并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测61例喉鳞状细胞癌(男59例,女2例;声门上型17例,声门型44例;<60岁38例,≥60岁23例;T1~T2期32例,T3~T4期29例;病理学分级Ⅰ级17例,Ⅱ~Ⅲ级44例;有淋巴结转移11例,无淋巴结转移50例)和10例喉正常黏膜组织中APC蛋白的表达。结果:喉鳞状细胞癌和喉正常黏膜组织中APC蛋白的阳性表达率分别是21.3%和80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。且喉鳞状细胞癌组织中APC蛋白的阳性表达率与病理学分级、T分期有关(P均<0.05)。结论:APC蛋白与喉鳞状细胞癌的发生密切相关,可作为喉鳞状细胞癌发生和预后的检测指标。 Aim : To detect the expression of APC protein in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC) tissue, and explore its relationship with clinic opathological feature. Methods :Expression of APC protein was detected in 61 cases of LSCC (59 cases of male, 2 cases of female; 17 cases of supraglottic carcinoma, 44 cases of glottic carcinoma; 38 cases of 〈60 years old, 60 cases of ≥60 years old; 32 cases of stage TE and T2 , 29 cases of stagc T3 and T4 ; 17 cases of grade Ⅰ , 44 cases of grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ ; 11 cases with lymph node metastasis,50 cases without lymph node metastasis) using im- munohistochemistry method and 10 cases of normal laryngeal mucosa tissue. Results: The positive expression rate of APC protein was 21.3% and 80.0% in LSCC and normal laryngeal mucosa tissue( P 〈 0,. 01 ). The positive expression rate of APC was correlated with pathological grade and T stages( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : APC protein is associated with tumorigenesis of LSCC, and may be a potential predictor of histological diagnosis in LSCC.
