摘要
利用高压密闭消化系统,采用王水-H2O2和HF-HNO3-H2O2两种消化液消化土壤标准物质GBW07403和GBW07404,用ICP-AES测定,研究土壤元素的测定方法。结果表明,土壤中的Al、As、Ca、Cr、Cd、Co、K、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Na、Mo、Ni、P、Pb、Zn测定值与给定的标准值吻合,两种消化液测定值的相对标准偏差均小于2.6%。
The soil standard samples, GBW07403 and GBW07404, were determined in the digested teflon flask with stainless steel coat by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry in this paper. The results showed that the concentrations of A1, As, Ca, Cr, Cd, Co, K, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Na, Mo, Ni, P, Pb, Zn in the GBW07403 and GBW07404 were determined in the HF-HNO3-H2O2 and HNO3-HC1 (3:1, V/V)-H2O2 methods, whose analytical results were in accordance with the standard values. The relative standard deviations (RSD) in the two methods are less than 2.6%. It was satisfactory in laboratory analysis.
