摘要
自20世纪50年代以来,中国继续教育的内涵发生了一系列变化,50年代到70年代包含在工农教育之中,80年代之后包含在成人教育中,80年代中后期明确提出了继续教育的任务,90年代初把建立继续教育制度纳入到了建立终身教育制度的任务之中,90年代末期,继续教育开始向多样化、远程化、终身化的方向发展。进入21世纪后,中国对继续教育出现了更强烈的需求。为此,在未来发展中,中国应为继续教育制定中长期发展战略,并在职业资格制度、管理体制、资源等方面为继续教育提供制度保证和政策驱动力。
Since 1950s, the development of further education connotation in China has changed all long: from 1950s to 1970s, it is included in worker and peasant education, after 1980s, it is included in adult education, in the middle and later phase of 1980s, the task of further education had been brought forward, at the beginning of 1990s, the construction of further education system had been integrated in building lifelong education system, at the end of 1990s, further education has been developing towards diversity, long-distance and lifelong. After entering in 21st century, there appears more strong demand for further education. Therefore, in future development, China should make middle and long-term development strategy for further education and provide systematic guarantee and policy driving force for further education in the aspects of professional qualification system, management system and resources.
