急性肾损伤生物学标志物的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 急性肾损伤(AKI)是近年提出来拟取代急性肾衰竭(ARF)的术语,目前AKI的定义为不超过3个月的肾脏结构或功能方面的异常,包括血、尿、组织柃测或影像学方面的肾损伤标志物异常;诊断标准为肾功能突然减退,48h内血肌酐(Scr)升高绝对值〉25μmol/L(3mg/L)或较基础值升高〉50%或尿量减少(〈0.5ml·kg^-1·h^-1超过6h)。AKI是十分常见而严重的临床问题,流行病学调查显示AKI的发生率不断升高,且病死率依然居高不下。
