摘要
目的:探讨综合医院设立便捷门诊的意义。方法:统计了2006年9—12月医院便捷门诊和内科门诊就诊人数、收入及患者满意度,分析社会和经济效益。结果:便捷门诊患者对就医便捷的满意率明显高于内科门诊,P〈0.05;而医疗服务态度及技术水平的满意率在两组间则无明显差异;便捷门诊9~12月份就诊人数平均增幅152.8%;经济收益亦呈上升趋势,平均增幅为33.2%;内科门诊9-12月份就诊人数平均增幅为13.2%,经济收益平均增幅为68.1%。结论:便捷门诊使患者在综合医院门诊就医更加方便、快捷;医院也能从中获得良好的社会和经济效益。提示便捷门诊的设立在综合医院门诊中具有较重要的意义。
Objective :To investigate the role of establishing convenient clinic in outpatient department in general hospital. Methods:To analyze the number of patients and medical income in convenient clinic and internal medicine clinic and satisfactory degree of the patients on medical service during last four months in 2006. Results:The satisfactory degree of the patients on convenience to consult doctors in convenient clinic was significantly higher than that of internal medicine clinic, P 〈 0.05, but the satisfactory degree on medical staff's attitude and their ability no significant difference in two group. By establishing convenient clinic, the number of patients in convenient clinic increased significantly, the average increase was 152. 8%, and the average increase of medical income was 33.2%. Correspondingly, the average increase of the number of patients in internal medicine clinic during last four months was 13.2% compared with the average of the former eight months, and its average increase of medical income was 68.1%. Conclusion:By establishing convenient clinic, it is very convenient and much efficient in solving patients'illness, and hospital itself will also benefit from this. It show that the establishment of convenient clinic might play an important role in out- patient clinic in general hospital.
