我院门诊职能转变后绩效分析

摘要 目的改变传统门诊就医模式,更加便捷、高效、人性化服务于门诊患者。方法采取明确职责、以人为本、优化就医环境、简化就医流程、规范医疗服务、开设便捷门诊、加强信息化管理、设立专病会诊中心、加强医护人员专业知识及技能培训等多种措施实现门诊职能全方位转变。结果各项整改措施落实到位后,有效调动了各级人员的积极性,门诊就医人数、患者对医疗服务满意度及经济收入等各项指标较前明显增加。结论切实实现门诊职能转变,满足患者各种形式的就医需求,实现医院经济效益和社会效益双丰收。 Objective To serve the outpatients more conveniently,efficiently with humanity by changing the traditional mode of outpatients to a doctor.Methods Following measures were taken,such as making clear duties and responsibilities of medical staff at different levels,providing people-oriented service,optimizing medical environment,simplifying doctor-seeing process,standardizing medical service,establishing convenient clinic and specialist consultation center,strengthening medical information management and training of medical staff,so as to ensure all-directional function transformation in outpatient departments.Results When the above measures were taken,the enthusiasm of medical staff at different levels was mobilized,the number of patients who visited the outpatient departments was significantly increased,the satisfactory degree of patients and the income of our hospital were significantly higher than before the measures were taken.Conclusion Conscientiously realizing the function transformation of outpatient departments and meeting the different medical needs of patients can gain both economic and social benefits in our hospital.
