摘要
某废热锅炉安全阀弹簧在使用过程中发生断裂,通过对宏观的形貌观察、材料成分分析、金相检验、硬度测定以及扫描电镜观察,可判断本起失效的断裂类型属脆性沿晶断裂,弹簧内部的晶界弱化以及组织上的微孔洞和微裂纹缺陷是引起失效的主要原因。
A relief valve spring of exhaust boiler was cracked in the process of usage.By the mac- ro morphological analysis,composition analysis, metallographic examination,hardness test,scan- ning electron microscope analysis and stress a- nalysis to analysis the fracture of the spring.The results indicate that.the type of this fracture is brittle intergranular fracture.Weakening of the grain boundaries inside of the spring,micro hole and micro crack in the organization are the main reason of this fracture.
