摘要
通过化学成分分析、硬度检验、金相组织检验、断口宏观分析及微观分析,对某电厂高压调节阀辅助弹簧断裂失效原因进行了综合分析。结果表明,弹簧在加工过程中出现较大尺寸的原始裂纹是弹簧发生脆性断裂的主要原因。
Based on the chemical composition analysis,the hardness test,the metallographic structure,macrostructure inspection and the fracture morphology analysis,the fracture causes of high pressure control valve assisted spring of power plant was analyzed. The results show that the main reason of spring brittle fracture was the appearance of a large size of original crack while the spring was machined.
