摘要
在酸性条件下,十二烷基苯磺酸钠-Fe3+与蛋白质形成离子缔合物,使共振瑞利散射(RRS)急剧增强。研究了相应的光谱特征,适宜的反应条件和影响因素。在最佳条件下,不同蛋白质在一定浓度范围内与散射强度呈良好的线性关系,可用于多种蛋白质的测定,方法的检出限在14.5—53.0ng/mL之间。本法灵敏、简便和重现性好,已用于人血清样品中总蛋白含量的测定,获得满意结果。
In acid medium,protein can react with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to form ionassociation complexes,which enhance the resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) intensity greatly. In this paper ,the optimum reaction conditions ,the influencing factors and the spectrum characteristic of the system have been investigated. Under optimum condition,The RRS (△I)intensity is linear to the concentration of different proteins. This method was convenient, better repeatability ,and the detection limits was at the range 14.5-53.0ng/mL for many kinds of protein. It was applied to analysis of total protein in human serum sample ,with satisfactory results.
