摘要
建立了饮料中安赛蜜、糖精钠、苯甲酸和山梨酸的高效液相色谱测定方法。采用XB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)作为分析柱,以甲醇+0.02mol/L乙酸铵(pH 6.0)(15:85)作为流动相,各组分得到很好的分离,检测波长为230 nm,进样量20μL,柱温30℃,采用外标法定量。考察了流动相中不同的甲醇配比和不同浓度的离子对试剂(乙酸铵)对分离和保留行为的影响。该方法精密度和准确度好,样品处理简单,适用于常规质量检测。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of acesulfame potassium, benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium saccharin in beverage. An XB-C18 column (250mm× 46mm, 5μm) was used for separation with methanol+0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate (pH6) ( 15 : 85, V/ V) as mobile phase and the detection was at 230nm. The sample injection volume was 20μL and the column temperature was 30℃. The external standard method was used for quantification. The effects of the ratio between methanol and avnmonium acetate and the concentration of ammonium acetate on the retention behaviors of four components were investigated. The sample treatment is simple and the method is precise, accurate and suitable for routine quality test.
