双余度无刷直流电动机的建模与余度控制技术 被引量:6

摘要 参考自感和相间互感的关系公式,建立了双余度无刷直流电动机的数学模型。在Matlab/Simulink环境下,采用正弦波削顶法等效反电势波形,并针对实际电机参数,得到了电机带载起动过程下的转速、母线电流、相电流和反电势的动态性能仿真曲线。仿真结果验证了电机数学模型的有效性。在此基础上,对双余度无刷直流电动机电流均衡和余度降级时的平滑切换技术进行了研究,实验证实了双余度热备份工作性能优于单通道工作。 In this paper, the mathematical model of dual - redundancy brushless DC motor ( DR - BLDCM) was built by the mathematical formula of self - inductance and mutual - inductance between two phases. In Matlab/Simulink, the waveform of back electromotive force (BEMF) was substituted by the sine -wave shaven top,and the dynamic performance of DR - BLDCM was simulated based on factual motor parameter. The curves of velocity, bus current, phase current and BEMF were obtained under loading start process. The simulation result showed the mathematical model of DR - BLDCM was validity. In final,the current balance method of DR - BLDCM and its smoothness switch technique under redundancy was degraded were researched, and the dual-redundancy operating modes was excelled the single single -channel was validated through test means.
