摘要
本文研究了高压断路器新型电机操动机构,分析了两种不同运动方式的电机操动机构及其运动特性。基于40.5kV户内真空断路器采用电机操动机构,研究了永磁直线直流电机和有限转角永磁无刷直流电机,利用有限元方法对两种电机的基本特性和起动过程进行了动态特性仿真,得到了电机运行时的电磁推力、电流、速度等曲线并进行了分析,分析两种电机操动机构在起动性能、运行方式及机构的复杂性、控制方面等特点,这为高压断路器采用电机操动机构提供了可靠的依据。
he novel types of high voltage circuit breaker motor actuator are proposed and motion characteristics are analyzed. The two motor actuators are adapted in 40.5 kV VCB mechanical properties of requirements a permanent linear DC motor and a limited angle permanent magnet brushless DC motor are researched and the simulation model of them is established by using the finite element method. The fundamental characteristics and start course of motor and the dynamic running process are simulated, so that the magnetic thrust, current, speed curve are gained. The analyzed result has indicated that two motor actuator have a different aspect. This is provided reliable date for high voltage circuit breaker adapted motor actuators.
