摘要
为了强化薪酬制度的激励作用,提高薪酬管理中职业运动员的公平感,采用文献资料法,运用公平理论,就我国职业运动员薪酬管理中分配失衡、项目差距大、运动员公平感差等问题进行探讨,并分析了在薪酬管理中运动员公平感缺失的原因,提出了提高薪酬管理中职业运动员公平感的克服平均主义思想、实行量化管理、加强沟通、营造公平氛围的对策。
To reinforce the stimulant role of the salary system and improve the sense of equity of professional athletes, the paper aims to probe into such problems as unbalance of allotment, great disparity between different sports in the salary management of Chinese professional athletes by the means of documentary analysis and the theory of equity. Then the reasons why athletes feel unequal in the salary management are explored. Some corresponding measures are put forward to improve their sense of equity.
