摘要
从经济学和管理学的角度对时下热点的球员薪酬问题进行分析,指出由足协直接调节球员薪酬的做法的不合理性;造成目前我国球员超高薪酬的主要原因是后备力量的严重不足和俱乐部国有企业背景的存在。建议迅速组成中超职业联盟来管理球员薪酬。在球员薪酬管理上,可借鉴NBA工资帽的做法。
From the perspective of economics and management science, the author analyzed the salary issue regarding professional sional soccer players, which was a hot topic currently, pointed out that the main reasons for the irrationality of practice of the players' salary being regulated directly by the Soccer Association as well as the extra high salary currently paid to soccer players in China were the serious insufficiency of backup talents and the existence of clubs supported by state - owned enterprises, and suggested that Chinese professional supper soccer league should be quickly established to manage the players' salary, and that the practice of salary cap implemented by the NBA could be referred to for the management of the players' salary.
