摘要
利用四阶导数光谱法从而不经任何分离手段测定了软饮料中阿斯巴甜和苯甲酸的含量。阿斯巴甜和苯甲酸(钠)测定的平均回收率分别为97.06%和97.86%,变异系数分别为0.53%和0.89%,方法简便适用。
A method of fourth derivative UV spectrophotometric determination of aspartame and benzoate in soft beverage was studied.The percent recoveries and CV values of aspartame and benzoate were 97.06%,97.86% and 0.53%,0.89%.The method is simple and accuate.
