摘要
高标准铁路路基对填料选择要求较高,人工压实素黄土不能满足其使用要求.结合兰新铁路兰(州)武(威南)复线工程,对素黄土、粉煤灰黄土、粉煤灰与石灰(二灰)、水泥改良黄土填料,在不同掺合比、不同含水量下进行无侧限抗压强度试验,探讨粉煤灰与石灰、水泥改良黄土的强度特性与水稳性,试验结果表明:人工压实素黄土强度低,水稳定性差;粉煤灰可在一定程度上改善黄土强度特性.采用石灰与粉煤灰或低掺量水泥与粉煤灰可显著改善黄土强度特性,能满足高标准铁路路基基床底层及以下部位填筑要求;其改良效果与掺合比、含水量等有关.工程中可选5%石灰与10%~30%粉煤灰、2%水泥与10%~30%粉煤灰改良黄土作为路基工程填料,具有明显的技术、经济及环境效应。
High standard railway needs higher-quality embankment filling, but the compacted loess can not meet the demand. Combining with the second line of Lanzhou-Wuwei Railway, the unconfined compression strength test is performed for loess, flyash loess, flyash-lime loess filling and flyash-cement loess filling with different mixture ratio and water content so as to study the intensity characteristic and water stability of flyash-lime loess and flyash-cement loess. Test results show that the compacted loess possesses low in- tensity and bad water stability;the flyash can improve the intensity characteristic of loess to a certian extent. The flyash and lime or the flyash and cement can improve the intensity characteristic of loess obviously,and can meet the bedding filling requirement of high standard railway embankment; the improving effect relates with mixture ratio,water content etc. In engineering,the loess improved with 5% lime and 10%- 30% flyash or 2% cement and 10%-30% flyash can be used as embankment filling with obvious technique, economy and environment effect.
