摘要
为研究有机膨润土对水泥固化淤泥填筑路基性能影响,选取天津滨海地区具有代表性的三种淤泥试样,通过对添加不同掺量有机膨润土(DK)的水泥固化淤泥试件进行CBR试验、抗压回弹模量试验和正常条件、浸水条件及冻融循环条件下的无侧限抗压强度试验,系统研究了有机膨润土掺量变化对水泥固化淤泥的力学性能、耐水性能和抗冻融性能的影响规律,并与其它固化剂固化淤泥进行性能对比.结果表明:水泥固化淤泥的路用性能随有机膨润土掺量的增加而显著提高;与其他固化剂固化淤泥相比,掺有DK粉的新型固化剂CDK对固化淤泥的路用性能改善作用更为显著.
Effect of organic bentonite on the performance of different solidified silt cured by cement used for subgrade was investigated by characterization of mechanical properties, water resistance and freeze-thaw performance of solidified silt.The CBR, compression modulus experiment and unconfined compressive strength experiment that was under different conditions was done. The performance testing of the solidified silt cured by cement together with organic bentonite and the solidified silt cured by the other curing agent was also conducted. The result indicates that the organic bentonite can significantly enhance the mechanical properties, water resistance and freeze-thaw performance of solidified silt cured by cement, the solidified silt cured by cement together with organic bentonite exhibits better road performance than the solidified silt cured by other curing agent.
