摘要
魏晋南北朝时期是一个动荡的时期,也是人口迁徙的重要时期,西北少数民族的内迁、北方及中原地区人民的流徙,使不同地区的人民频繁接触,这为饮食上的交流和融合准备了有利条件。魏晋南北朝的饮食文化交流除了物态层面上的交流外,还有精神层面上的交流。通过物态和精神层面的介绍,对这一时期的饮食文化的交流做初步梳理,以期还原这个时期移民推动下的饮食文化风貌。
There is a huge migration of people during Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, a period full of turmoil. The migration of the ethnic minorities from the Northwest, and the people of the Northern and Central regions into the South, contributes to frequent contacts between the people from different regions, providing favorable environments for catering exchanges and blend. Catering cultural exchanges in Wei, Jin, Northern and Southern Dynasties Wei and Jin Dynasties embodies exchanges in both material and spiritual perspectives. The article takes up a preliminary discussion on catering cultural exchanges in the period with a view to restoring the catering culture promoted by migration at that times.
