抑制性消减杂交技术(SSH)是一种高效检测差异表达基因的方法。详细论述了抑制性消减杂交的基本原理及过程,并简要介绍了其在工业生产菌种改良中的应用。
Suppression subtractive hybridization （SSH） is an effective approach to identify the genes that vary in expression levels. We have described the basic theory and procedure of SSH in detail. A brief introduction of the application of SSH to the industrial strains improvement has also been given in this paper.
