摘要 抑制性消减杂交(SSH)技术是近十年来才发展起来的一种克隆差异新基因的快速、高效的技术。本文通过与其他几种目前主要的差异基因分离技术的比较,介绍了SSH技术基本原理、基本过程及优缺点,并对SSH技术在植物基因研究应用上的最新进展进行评述。 Suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) is a fast, high effective technology that developed in the past ten years for cloning new differential-expression genes. This paper compares several similar techniques broadly used in most laboratories, introduces the fundamental principle, primary process and relative merits of SSH, summarizes the latest advance of SSH in gene cloning.
