羟肟酸钠浮选氧化铜矿的研究 被引量:8

摘要 对含铜、金的氧化矿(Cu0.83%,Au0.97g/t),采用常规的硫化浮选工艺,研究了硫化钠、丁黄药用量对铜、金回收率的影响;并在硫化钠、丁黄药最佳用量的条件下,研究了添加羟肟酸钠对铜、金回收率的影响.结果表明,过量的硫化钠对铜、上矿物有一定的抑制作用,而添加少量羟肟酸钠后,可以避免硫化钠对铜、金的不利影响,明显地提高了铜、金的回收率.小型试验获得的铜精矿,含Cu17.68%,含Au25.07g/t,铜回收率54.30%,金回收率62.71%;比仅用丁黄药作捕收剂时铜、金回收率分别提高了12.60%,16.71%.在工业生产中取得了同小型试验结果一致的技术指标. In the paper, effects of the dosage of Na2S and sodium n-butyl xanthate on recovering copper and gold from the oxide ore containing Au and Cu (Cu 0. 83%, Au 0.97g/t) have been studied with the conventional sulfide flotation process. The effects of adding sodium alkyl hydroxamate to the system on the recovery of Cu and Au under the best consumption of Na2S and sodium n-butyl xanthate have also been studied. Experimental results show that the excessive dose of Na2S can depress copper and gold minera1s to a certainextent. However,by adding small amount of sodium alkyl hydroxamate, the unfavourable ef fect can be prevented and the recovery of Cu and Au can be increased obviously. In the small-scale test, the copper concentrate obtained is up to 17.68% Cu and 25. 07g/t Au in grade and the recovery of Cu and Au are 54. 30% and 62. 71 %, respectively. The recovery of Cu is increased by 12.60% and of gold by 16. 71% in comparison with the regime when sodium n-butyl xanthate is used alone as collector. Technical results from the commercial production are in line with those from the small-scale test.
