摘要
以广西小叶榕叶为原材料,改进了传统的乙醇热回流提取工艺。用陶瓷复合膜设备和石油醚除去其中的大分子、脂溶性组分和叶绿素,并用单因素实验法对影响总黄酮提取率的主要因素进行了分析,并用正交实验优化了提取总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。研究表明,小叶榕叶提取黄酮类成分的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度60%,提取温度70℃,料液比1∶10,提取时间3 h,提取3次。通过提取工艺的改进,在最佳条件下总黄酮的提取率从3.38%增加到4.12%,提高了21.89%。
The technology for extraction of flavonoids from leaves of Ficus microcarpa L. f. was studied and improved in this paper. Chlorophyll and fat-soluble components were removed by composite ceramic membranes and petroleum ether. Main factors influencing the extraction of tlavonoids from the leaves of Ficus microearpa L.f. were studied by single factor experiments, and the optimum technology for extracting flavonoids from Ficus microcarpa L. f. was studied by orthogonal tests. Optimized conditions for the extraction of flavonoids was obtained as follows : an ethanol con-centration of 60% ; an extraction temperature of 70 ℃ ;a material to solvent ratio of 1 : 1 0, an extraction time of 2 h with the extraction carried out for three times. After improvement of extraction technology, the yield of total tlavonoids reached 4.12% as opposed to the previous level of 3.38 % under these conditions, with the improvement reaching 21.89 %.
