摘要
目的考察AB-8大孔吸附树脂对小叶榕叶水提物黄酮的吸附解吸性能。方法采用树脂柱进行动态吸附和解吸小叶榕叶水提物中的黄酮类化合物,用紫外-可见分光光度法测吸光度,得出吸附率和解吸率。结果AB-8大孔吸附树脂对小叶榕叶水提物黄酮有较高的吸附率和解吸率,能达到分离纯化的目的。结论AB-8能有效富集小叶榕叶中黄酮类化合物,适用于分离纯化小叶榕叶浸膏以提高其有效成分。
Objective To study the absorption and desorption quantity of AB - 8 Macroporous Resin with flavones in aqueous extracts of Ficus microcarpa L. f. Methods Using spectrophotometry to check absorbance of sample which dynamic absorb and desorb flavones in aqueous extracts of Ficus microcarpa L. f. by resin column to get the aborption rate and desorption rate. Results AB - 8 Maeroporous Resin which has preferable absorption and desorption capacity for flavonoids in aqueous extracts of Ficus microcarpa L.f. coud be used to purity the extracts. Conclusion AB - 8 Resin has the capability of enriching flavonoids in Ficus microcarpa L.f. validitily. It is feasible to applies AB - 8 Resin to raise compositions of Ficus microcarpa L. f.
