黑参中人参皂苷的大孔吸附树脂纯化工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:以人参新炮制品黑参为原料,研究大孔吸附树脂纯化人参皂苷的工艺条件。方法:以人参皂苷含量为指标,比较不同型号树脂和不同工艺条件对人参皂苷的分离纯化能力。结果:确定黑参水提液的最佳大孔树脂纯化工艺条件为:选用RE-A树脂,流速为3mL/min,溶媒为70%的乙醇洗脱溶媒量为100mL,最佳吸附时间为30min。结论:实验为人参皂苷的中药制剂的制备提供依据。 Objective: To study the optimum methods of extracting and refining ginsenosides from black ginseng. Methods:The a bility of extracting and refining ginsenosides was compared in diffrent types of macroporus resin and different technological conditions with total amount of ginsenosides as index. Results : The macroporous resin was best for separating and purifying total saponins in the following technological conditions:RE-A macroreticular resin the flow rate was 2mL/min, the eluting reagent was 70 % ethanol and eluting velocity was 100mL, time was 30min. Conclusion: The technological condition will provide bases for the preparation technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine containing ginsenosides.
