摘要
目的:观察防石胶囊预防胆红素性胆囊结石的作用。方法:将48只豚鼠随机分成3组,空白组每天只喂养普通饲料,模型组每天喂胆红素结石诱石饲料,中药组喂胆红素诱石饲料及防石胶囊;计算胆囊结石发生率及胆汁中胆红素含量。结果:实验2个月后发现:胆红素胆囊结石发生率:模型组>中药组>空白组,胆汁中胆红素含量中药组与模型组相比有显著性差异。结论:防石胶囊能防止胆囊结石的复发。其机制可能和它们能降低胆汁中胆红素含量有关。
Objective：To observe the effect of Fangshi capsule to prevent experimental Bilindain calculus of guinea pigs. Methods ：48 guinea pigs had been divided into 3 groups. The control group was fed with ordinary bait vessel ,the Bilirubin calculus group was fed with bait vessel of Bilirubin calculus derivation, the TCM therapy group was fed with bait vessel of Bilirubin calculus derivation and Fangshi capsules. The incidence rate of cholecystolithiasis and the cholerythrin in bile were detected. Results：Empirical study ：2 months past in the experimentation, the incidence rate of cholecystolithiasis and the cholerythrin in bile were arranged by turns in the empirical study of prevention from the formation of Bilirubin calculus ： the Bilirubin calculus group 〉 the TCM therapy group 〉 the control group. Conclusion ： The Fangshi capsules therapy can prevent the recidivation of cholecystolithiasis. The mechanisms perhaps is concerned with the therapy function of degrade the concentration of cholerythrin in bile.
