热应激预处理对梗阻性黄疸大鼠肝功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究热应激预处理对梗阻性黄疸大鼠肝功能的影响。方法:将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为3组,胆总管结扎组开腹分离并结扎大鼠的胆总管,假手术组只开腹分离但不结扎大鼠的胆总管,热应激预处理组在胆总管结扎手术前12h对大鼠行热应激预处理。术后1周处死大鼠穿刺心脏取血,检测各份血液标本的肝功能及胆红素含量。结果:胆总管结扎后1周,大鼠血胆红素明显升高,AST与ALT也随之明显升高,但热应激预处理组的AST与ALT升高幅度较小,与胆总管结扎组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热应激预处理可减轻梗阻性黄疸对大鼠肝脏的损害。
