摘要
在传统工科教学实践中,往往重视智力因素的培养,而忽视非智力因素的作用。为此,在深入分析非智力因素的内涵和特点,理解非智力的积极作用的基础上通过挖掘工科实验教学中存在的学生非智力因素,对提高实验教学质量有重要意义,采取有效措施激发学生潜能,使学生的智力因素与非智力因素相互融合、和谐发展,本文为同类型教学改革提供了有益的借鉴。
In traditional teaching practice of engineering courses,the cultivation of intelligent factors is usually taken seriously, while the cultivation of non-intelligent factors is neglected sometimes,Based on the analysis of the intension and feature of non-intelligent factors and the understanding of their active effect and their significance for boosting the quality of experiment teaching,the author takes effective measures to stimulate students 'potential and helps students to combine intelligent factors with non-intelligent factors and to develop them harmoniously, which can be used as a reference for the same sort of teaching reform.
