摘要
流域生态补偿是生态补偿中的一个重要方面,从流域生态补偿的内涵,现实存在的问题及发展途径三方面作一阐述,以期为流域水环境的优化提供借鉴。
The ecologic compensation mechanism of river basin is an important part of ecologic compensation.The connotation,existing problem and developing pathway of ecologic compensation were expounded and some references to river basin water environment grading-up were presented.
