摘要
目的:比较不同粒度金刚砂车针预备的牙面与聚羧酸锌水门汀的粘固强度。方法:分别采用4种不同粒度车针依次打磨4组牙本质片,测量其粗糙度,并采用扫描电镜观察;再将牙本质片与聚羧酸锌水门汀粘固,测试各组剪切强度。结果:4种粒度车针预备的牙面粗糙度间存在显著差异(P<0.01);聚羧酸锌水门汀与各组牙面的粘固强度间也存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:随预备用车针粒度的减小,牙面粗糙度降低,聚羧酸锌水门汀与牙面的粘固强度也相应降低。
Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of different grit sizes of diamond burs on the shear bond strength between prepared dentin and polycarboxylate cement. Methods: Thirty-two fresh dentine plates were divided into four groups. The samples were prepared by diamond burs with different grit sizes. The dentin surface roughness was measured and observed by SEM, respectively. Then all the dentine plates were bonded with polycarboxylate cement and subjected to shear bond strength test. Results: There were significant differences among the 4 groups in both surface roughness (P 〈0.01) and shear bond strength (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: With the grit size of diamond bur decreases, both dentin surface roughness and bond strength between dentin and polycarboxylate cement decrease.
