摘要
研究了AgRENi电接触材料特定直流条件下的抗熔焊特性以及电弧对AgRENi电接触材料微观形貌及元素分布的影响。实验结果表明:RE有利于灭弧,AgNi的电性能得到改善,电寿命得到显著提高。
The main problem of the anti -welding characteristic of AgRENi electrical contact material was investigated on special DC condition. The influences of arc on the morphology and the constitute distribution on AgRENi contact surface were also investigated. The results showed that adding trace RE to AgNi is favorable to arc suppression as well as improvement of electrical property and contact electrical durability.
