摘要
采用湿混工艺,经冷压、烧结、复压后制备了添加碳化钒的新型银镍石墨电触头材料,利用扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察了材料的显微组织,并对材料的性能进行了测试。结果表明:所制备的新型银镍石墨材料的相对密度达98.2%,硬度和电导率分别为903MPa和45.0%IACS,组织均匀,断口韧窝较细小,电寿命次数达10 145次,与传统银镍石墨电触头材料相比有了显著提高。
The new-style AgNiC electrical contact material was fabricated by wet blending, die pressing, sintering and repressing process. The microstructure was observed by scan electron microscopy and optical microscopy, and the properties were tested. The results show that the relative density of the new-type AgNiC could reach 98. 2%, and the hardness and electrical conductivity was 903 MPa and 45.0%IACS respectively. The homogeneous microstructure and finer fracture dimple were obtained. The electrical life time of the new-type AgNiC was 10 145 cycle times which was much better than the traditional one.
