摘要
介绍了武器系统效能指数幂函数基本定理,深入分析了武器系统效能指数随武器性能参数变化的可能规律,完善了武器系统效能指数幂函数基本定理的前提条件,修正了基本定理关于幂指数ωi≤1的关键结论。为研究武器作战效能指数与决定其各因素之间的函数关系,寻找合理的函数结构,建立统一、科学的作战效能指数理论奠定了基础。
The Basic Power Function Theorem for Weapon Systems Effectiveness Index is introduced , and a qualitative analysis on the potential effect rule of weapon performance parameter on weapon system effectiveness is given, the precondition of The Basic Power Function Theorem for Weapon Systems Effectiveness Index is perfected, then the description on hypothesis of Basic Power Function Theorem is renewed, finally, the result of power index o^i~l is modified. It lays the foundation for the researching of the functional relation between the weapon systems effectiveness index and each factor that determining it and the rational function structure of the weapon effectiveness index as well as the establishing of unifying , scientific theory on weapon effectiveness index.
